House Rules
-Follow all pool safety rules: no kids in the pool without adult supervision no diving, we are not liable for pool injuries, life threatening behaviors, or drowning. There is no safety gate around the pool.
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the home by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Leave all beds on beds for the cleaners
- Start a load of towels in the washer
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the home is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please treat our home and neighbors with respect.
